Chartered Accountant - Assessment & Appeal - CA Firm (3-5 yrs)
We are hiring a chartered accountant for one of the leading CA firm based out of Delhi, for a role into particularly Litigation matter. Handling all assessments & appeal matter . Representation in front of CIT, ITAT etc. Handling client management.
We are looking for somebody who would work majorly in the Income Tax Appellatte Tribunal team, actively representing and assisting before various benches of the Tribunal, including multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Representation before Income Tax Appellate Tribunal
Representation before Dispute Resolution Panel
Representation before Settlement Commission
Representation before Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)
Representation before Assessing Officers
Preparation of Synopsis, Written Submissions and Paper Books
Drafting of Grounds of Appeal to be filed before Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, as well as Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)
Drafting opinions on tax related matters for various clients
Updating firm's website with regular write-ups on key updates and recent judgments pronounced by various Courts
Actively involved in the drafting of monthly At a Glance and Budget Highlights prepared by the firm
