Chartered Accountant

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of experience to lead our Internal Audit function in Indira Nagar, Bangalore.

We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in Big4 firm, who can design and execute a robust audit framework for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Internal Audit team and develop a risk-based audit plan.

- Review and analyze financial records, internal controls, and business processes.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

- Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.

- Collaborate with other departments to implement recommendations and monitor progress.

Skills Required:

- Excellent knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and governance frameworks.

- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and mentor the team.

Job Details:

Location: Indira Nagar, Bangalore (On-site) - Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Minimum 5 years (Preferred).
