Job Title: Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

- Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and auditing.

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.

- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

- Establish robust financial policies and internal controls.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure full compliance with financial laws and regulations.

- Handle all direct and indirect tax filings (GSTR 1, 3B, 9, ITR, TDS 26Q, 27Q, etc.).

- Prepare timely financial reports for leadership and stakeholders.

- Lead statutory audits and liaise with auditors.

Team Leadership:

- Manage and mentor the finance team, promoting a high-performance culture.

- Conduct performance reviews, goal-setting, and team development.

- Foster collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.

Strategic Planning:

- Support company strategic planning with financial input and insights.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks.

- Align financial strategies with organizational goals.

Financial Analysis:

- Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and optimize operations.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial health.

- Provide actionable insights to business units.

System and Process Improvement:

- Enhance financial systems and streamline processes for better efficiency.

- Implement best practices in financial governance and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's in Commerce; CA Mandatory

- 4-6 years of experience in accounting/finance with leadership exposure

- Strong background in financial reporting, compliance, and team management

- Working knowledge of tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and ITR processes

- Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and risk management

- Experience in logistics or related industries is a plus

- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills

- Working experience with a startup is plus.
