Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage taxation matters, including direct and indirect taxes, GST, and TDS filings.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Develop financial strategies and provide business advisory services.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
- Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Implement cost control measures and financial risk management strategies.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and tax laws.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from [Specify Institute, e.g., ICAI].
- Experience in accounting, taxation, and audit.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
- Excellent understanding of GST, Income Tax, and Corporate Laws.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
