Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of experience to join our finance team in Bangalore.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and generate accurate financial reports.
Audit and Assurance:
- Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.
Taxation:
- Manage and oversee all tax-related activities, including preparation, filing, and compliance with tax laws.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting standards, ensuring compliance.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Account Reconciliation:
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial data.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, and other applicable laws.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
CRM Integration:
- Leverage CRM software to streamline financial processes, enhance customer relationship management, and support sales and marketing activities.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases.
- Conduct periodic reviews of financial processes and suggest improvements.
Advisory Services:
- Provide financial advisory services to management and support strategic decision-making.
Training and Development:
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior accounting staff.
Qualifications and Skills:
Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or large-scale business environment.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
CRM Software: Hands-on experience with CRM software, particularly CRM, is highly desirable.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and data management.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
