Chartered Accountant

Requirements:

- Qualified CA with 1 to 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a finance role, with a focus on automation and process improvement.

- Proficiency in Zoho ecosystem.

- Proficiency in current financial, tax and corporate regulations and standards.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Finance Process Ownership: Take full ownership of all finance processes, from bookkeeping and payroll to financial reporting and compliance.

- Automation Implementation: Identify opportunities for automation within finance processes and implement tools and systems to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and increase accuracy.

- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports to support strategic decision-making.

- Technology Integration: Work closely with tech team and other departments to integrate finance systems with other business tools, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate financial information.

- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance finance processes, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance automation.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and tax regulations and standards, and implement risk management strategies to safeguard company assets.

- Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with other departments to understand their financial needs and provide training on new finance tools and processes as needed.

- Cost Management: Monitor and manage company expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements
