Chargebee - Senior Talent Acquisition Role - Sales Hiring (3-7 yrs)
- Should have experience in hiring candidates with new-age IT technologies/ experience in hiring Inside Sales candidates (Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, etc)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes. Taking the candidates through Telephonic interviews, Written assessments, Face to face interviews, etc.
- Experience in identifying candidates from various sourcing channels portals, LinkedIn & through social media
- Should possess skills in maintaining data & to generate reports of daily reports to annual reports
- Should have good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple requirements, managing stakeholders & engaging the candidates
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify all candidates with high profiles and analyze all business requirements for the organization and assist in the recruitment
- Identify appropriate sourcing channels for all profile and track database and develop good professional relationships
- Develop procedures to maintain all candidates with the help of all professional and social network and perform a search on all websites and maintain knowledge on all trends and sourcing
- Coordinate with all departments and assist in placing appropriate job postings and monitor all candidates for positions and ensure compliance to all hiring guidelines
- Administer and maintain the Applicant racking System and update status for all candidates.
- Assist in the recruitment of appropriate candidates and ensure the highest quality of all candidates and maintain professional processes for all internal and external clients.
- Perform all data entry and maintain the accuracy
- Manage all employment requisitions for hiring managers and assist to develop and update effective job advertisements for all candidates
- Manage all communication with all hiring managers and candidates
