Chargebee - Manager - Product Marketing (5-8 yrs)
What you should bring to the table :
1. Innate love for drawing out value props and story angles (do you have bookmarks of your favorite advertisements from the 80- s?).
2. Master jugglers who can prioritize & manage a product update story, a blog post, an email campaign, a partner webinar, a ready-to-break editorial calendar on Trello, a blow torch, a partridge and a pear tree.
3. Passion for product. You need to have at least a high-level idea of product management and how SaaS products operate.
4. Exposure to marketing in a fast-growth SaaS startup is a huge plus.

1. Disruptive Thinker : You need to see a problem and solution with multiple lenses, and tease stories out of features.
2. Experiment bias + Data focus : You should be able to design and run experiments with the data available, and take decisions on your feet.
3. Framework-thinking : You will have to guide your team's delivery by creating repeatable frameworks for thought and execution.
4. Liaison with product, design, success, sales and other external & internal stakeholders.
5. Ability to play : Coach- to a team of passionate marketers.
6. Project Management & Bias to action : You need to be able to structure your team's delivery, tease out bottlenecks, and own - shipment- from start to finish.
