Chargebee - Engineering Manager (10-20 yrs)
Chargebee is looking for a seasoned engineering leader who will lead the Chargebee Platform team. The Platform organization strives to build core reusable technology components (with seamless scalability, high resiliency and availability) for Chargebee Products. This is a great opportunity for a first line manager to influence / help shape technology strategy as well.
Looking for:
- A seasoned tech leader with 10+ years of experience who can contribute to the next generation platform architecture vision.
- Tech visionary who will be accountable for deliverable of platform road map.
- Able to manage & nurture the engineering team, handling about ~8 members team.
- Engaging with product & other engineering stake-holders for the successful integration of Platform with CB products.
- Driving engineering best practices & engineering efficiency within the team.
Must Have:
Product development, Cloud knowledge, Java/JEE, Databases, People management, Engineering processes, Agile methodology
