Chapter Leader - Wallet Engineering

Overall Exp: 10 - 17 years

Location : Bangalore

The Expertise we are looking for and Skills that are key to this role

- Degree in computer science or related field required

- At least 12 years of software engineering experience

- At least 2-3 years of management experience

- Experience in hiring, motivating and retaining top talent

- Experience working in partnership with other leaders globally

- Software engineering background in services development

- Exposure to blockchain and distributed ledger technology - experience in this space desirable

- Experience in modern software development practices such as infrastructure as code, test automation, CI/CD and containerization. Cloud experience preferred.

- Experience in applying agile delivery processes to maximize business value

- Familiarity with blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or Ethereum

- You have a strong background in managing software delivery for mission critical applications

- You have strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at a given time

- Collaborating with stake holders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations

- Promoting engineering best practices, architectural standards and consistency

- Ability to drive mature delivery practices through automation

- You have the drive and ability to deliver software with a high degree of automation

- You have the spirit and willingness to contribute to org level innovation

- You have a learning mentality and are able to demonstrate versatility in addition to your specialization

- You should have the ability to work effectively with both partners and squad /team members

- You are familiar with Agile methodologies or iterative development processes

- You have the ability to take ownership and initiative

- You are passionate about developing people and teams and able to empower them

- You coach team members and take accountability for their deliverables

- You have excellent collaboration and Interpersonal skills

- You have great attitude, being a mentor, teammate and effective contributor
