Role &amp; Responsibilities : 1. Design &amp; Manage Product Feature Roadmap - To work with multiple stakeholders (Channelplay Managers, Existing and Potential customers and industry specialists) and understand industry best practices to identify a roadmap for building additional features into the product so that 1Office emerges as the best-in-category solution. 2. Manage Product Roadmap Delivery - The developer team will report to the product manager, and the product manager will be responsible for translating feature requirements into technical deliverables, and for managing the delivery of the same by the developer team. 3. Collaborate with Product Sales &amp; Marketing teams - The Product Manager will be work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure an effective Go-To-Market strategy that grows the 1Office user base. Skills &amp; Experience Required for Success in This Role : 1. Product Management Experience - You will have experience working in a relevant role such as Product Management &nbsp;2. Business Analysis for Solution Development : - In our opinion a good product manager will not just be able to respond to needs but will look at the big picture and create solutions that do not currently exist. You will also understand that features are meaningless if they aren- t intuitive and usable - and will have a strong UX orientation. 3. Technology Experience - To be able to effectively lead the development team, you will have past development experience on technologies similar to those used in 1Office - i.e. Java, Struts &amp; MySQL(preferred) 4. Working with People - You will love engaging with people to understand what they want from the solution; with industry thought leaders, analysts and partners to understand trends and best-practices; with customers and potential customers to close deals and win business. 5. Financial Orientation - Your goal is to ensure that 1Office is a commercially successful product. Hence - comfort with business plans, cost and revenue projections, budget management and a Profit &amp; Loss orientation is important.
