Role &amp; Responsibilities - To lead a team of Territory Managers/ Channel Sales Executives for driving sales through various distribution channels in the assigned territory and consistently ensure the achievement of targets. - Manage Channel conflict &amp; Sales team Management. - Drive resources like Promoters, fixtures, sales support aids. - Competition Tracking &amp; reporting - schemes &amp; programs - Ensure availability of stock at RDS and Retail while adhering to the norms Skills &amp; Experience Required for Success in This Role - The candidate should have experience in at least one of the following industries - Handset industry / Telecom / Consumer Durable - The overall experience should be up to a maximum of 8-12 years. - The candidate should have at least 4-8 years should be channel sales &amp; distribution experience and 4-6 years of experience of Managing Sales Teams.
