Role & Responsibilities : - Responsible for team management (two-to-three associates) - Responsible for end-to-end employee life cycle management, from joining till exit, including on boarding, verification, attendance, leave, benefits, engagement, training, development, etc. - Responsible for assisting HR head in development and implementation of human resource policies - Responsible for maintaining and building the corporate tie-ups for the organisation - Responsible for amendments and implementation of existing HR policies - Responsible for maintaining discipline, ethics and integrity in the organisation - Responsible for managing ASH committee in coordination with the legal team - Responsible for handling employee's grievances - Responsible for maintaining employee's database with complete sanctity - Responsible for managing attrition in the organisation at both corporate and client level - Responsible for preparing monthly client's dashboard - Responsible for HR system developments in coordination with the technical team
