The most important one of these products is a Sales Force Automation solution that helps major brands to manage and monitor different retail execution activities and help the field employees to improve their productivity.

The SFA business has witnessed tremendous growth in last few years with a client base in almost all industries and a footprint across continents. The young and energetic implementation team ensures all our implementations are successful in terms of solving client business problem, system adoption and analytics requirement. In order to lead that team and take the customer success to a next level, we are hiring a highly experienced individual who must be client-centric in his thought process, analytically strong, self-driven and great people leader. To talk more about the company, other than technology, the company is into many other businesses as well such as Sales Force Outsourcing, Visual Merchandising, Loyalty Program Management, Mystery Shopping, Market Research etc. While the company strength across all business lines would be 5000+, the Technology Business has a strength of around 75 people who sits in our corporate office in Gurgaon.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Deep engagement with a client for any new implementation to understand problems faced by the business team and providing a robust solution using 1Channel SFA

- Help client to derive maximum value out of 1Channel implementation

- Ensuring seamless post-implementation support to client for already implemented features as well as new requirements

- Looking for revenue generation opportunities from an existing client base

- Contributing to the improvement of product and internal processes

- Coaching and mentoring his/her team
