Job Description :
- Channel sales with focus on both primary and secondary sales.
- Territory mapping to find gaps in distribution and take effective measures to close the gap.
- Ensuring availability and visibility of products as per norms at retail level.
- Category wise and SKU wise sales forecasting and stock planning.
- Appointing and developing of distributors/sub-distributors.
- Manage distributor's finance as per requirement. Provide training to distributor staffs.
- Effective utilisation of promotional materials and schemes. Provide timely market feedback.
