Channel Sales Role - Beauty/Cosmetics/Skin Care/Personal Care/Makeup/Hair Care (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for building and executing the business strategy of the E-B2B vertical in beauty centric store formats within traditional trade (standalone or a chain of general trade stores with a large focus on makeup and skincare categories). He/ she will be the owner of the stores within the format, across regions, and their partnership with the E-B2B business.

Some of the responsibilities also include:

- Understanding the channel, beauty categories and key players in the same

- Best practices and learnings from beauty brands and leading retailers relevant to this format

- P&L and market share ownership

- Assortment planning, inventory management and ensuring stock hygiene in trade

- Developing and executing the necessary sales support elements through retailer programs, trade schemes, in-store visual merchandising, manpower incentive structure- in partnership with brands, internal finance stakeholders, on field sales and merchandising executives

- Manpower planning and management with city heads- feet on street, beauty advisors

- Leveraging data and technology to improve customer experience, business offering and sales

- Identify relevant stores and onboard them. Maintain relationships including negotiations, supply, and credit
