Job Description : 1. Design long term and short term Sales and Operations strategy for the city and set milestones to monitor progress in line with state target based on robust analysis of business and Market data to ensure data based planning and decisions. 2. Development and management of Mega distributor/ distributors for generating business 3. Responsible for both top line and bottom-line of the P&L for the city. 4. Execute local marketing strategies (both ATL & BTL) and user growth campaigns, identify and build strategic alliances with enterprise customers. 5. Represent Company at local events and with local PR, manage local regulatory concerns and local politics. 6. Help scale the city through developing and sharing best practices. 7. Continue to grow revenues in the state. Qualifications & Background : 1. B-school focus on Business Management, Operations & Finance or A graduate with experience of sales / operations experience in FMCG / Telecom set up and leading a Regional team with a large employee base 2. Engineering degree from premier engineering college will be an add on 3. Ground level sales experience, handled operations and P&L for a large organization 4. Preferred industries could be Telecom, FMCG in sales operations. Competencies : 1. Very strong on business operations fundamentals, conceptual thought process 2. Strong analytical skills 3. Very strong in influencing and driving change behaviours 4. Believes in enterprise success through collaboration and making others succeed. 5.
