Position Title: Channel Sales Manager (Mumbai)
Would appreciate if people from IT industry apply, who have experience in building up channel partners from the beginning.
Job Specification:
- Seek out and appoint new channel partners
- Responsible to achieve country sales target and future development
- Plan, implement and review with channel partners on Sales programs that work best in the identified markets;
- Sharing company's success stories and sales best practices with partners
- Devise local marketing and PR plans with marketing and PR team
- Be the spokesman of company in PR and marketing events and be the company's representative in local government and third party cooperation
- Perform reviews of the business with the partner and to the management
- Be the champion of the country to provide understanding of the local market to the international team with the objective to realize the potential of the market
Requirements:
- Strong channel marketing management skills
- Over 10 year's marketing experience with at least 6 years' channel sales experience in a high tech industry or trading industry selling online services. Internet industry knowledge is a plus
- Exposure in regional / global sales will be an advantage
- Passionate, energetic, and highly self-motivated person who can work efficiently and independently to deliver with minimum supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin is strongly preferred and other language competency a plus
- Strong teamwork and initiative
- Willing to travel
- University degree
