JOB Description: The Partner Manager is responsible for the overall performance and growth of assigned partners including improving renewal rates and driving net new license revenue. Leads Partner growth strategy development and coordinating resources across the business to meet the revenue and growth goals. This role is also responsible for onboarding, developing/activating, maintaining and expanding relationships with newly assigned partners to meet revenue contribution goals for all products in their assigned area. The Partner Manager must understand their Partners- business model and the requirements to identify and implement program features to grow the business with the partner. This role will work closely with the Client Directors, Product Specialists, and Customer Success Managers to set the strategy to ensure customer renewals are closed on time and new opportunities are registered to drive growth with assigned Partners. The role requires Partner experience and understanding of the Channel construct and the various models in which partners create marketplace value, driving their profitability. Personal relationships with existing Partners is an advantage in this role. Required Skills : - 5+ years of experience in a Business Partner Sales / Channel sales role. Additional direct sales experience in a role selling with Reselling business partners is desired. - Experience engaging and influencing senior Business Partner Executives in developing joint go to market initiatives. - Demonstrated ability creating successful business relationships and managing multiple initiatives at any given time. - Demonstrated ability in driving partner engagement from the field level up through management layers and from the top down. - Experience working with partner field sellers through account management, territory management. - Ability to drive teaming between sales teams and Business Partner sales teams on a broad level and on large deals, as needed. Strong familiarity with decision-making processes in enterprise customers to help strategy development on large deals is preferred. - Understanding of Partner financial models and partner incentive models. - Self-starter, highly responsible, deadline-oriented, and independent, comfortable with ambiguity and working with higher management and cross-functional teams. - Exceptional written, verbal and listening skills required. - Able to provide coaching &amp; mentorship to internal teams on best practices in working with business partners. - Experience solving partner and client issues, investigating solutions, and coordinating responses. Work Location/Travel: - 100% Remote. Up to 50% travel across assigned regions (once travel restrictions are lifted).
