Job Description :
- Evaluating performance & monitoring their sales and marketing activities
- Expanding the dealer infrastructure and appointing new channel partners in untapped markets.
- Designing & implementing incentive schemes for dealers for motivating them to achieve targets
- Undertaking initiatives and timely action in order to further strengthen the distribution and sales network of the organization; Responsible for distribution management (including appointment, development and termination decisions)
- Consolidation of the Rural Distribution strategy
- Enhance the quality of acquisition and servicing abilities of the partners
- Increase Width of Distribution - (Rural) Streamlining pre existing processes to enhance efficiencies, while minimizing operational time
- Conceptualizing & implementing sales promotional activities for brand building & market development.
- Creating initiatives, designing events, planning of merchandising and execution.
- Ensuring objective performance evaluation and management of team; establishing a culture of constructive feedback and continuous improvement thereby developing and leading a group of energized and aggressive sales professional
- Driving revenue & subscriber acquisition by focusing on retail expansion, ensuring healthy channel relations, increasing share of net additions & by leading & motivating the entire channel partner & sales team.
- Responsible for profitability & expansion of prepaid business through distribution channel.
- Ensuring reach in terms of stocks, visibility & customer mind share.
- Ensure sales team/retailer/FOS is well trained on company sales process.
- Conceptualizing and implementing; innovating and handling the break-through marketing and sales strategies in order to enhance footfalls, conversion rate and purchase value per client.
- Strong understanding of distribution /retail markets
- Expanding the width of distribution for recharge coupons and SIM cards.
