- We are looking for a seasoned person to build and grow strategic partnerships for demand generation &amp; retention. You will identify, connect, and onboard affiliates and relevant partners like Education counsellors, Visa agents, relocation firms etc. - You will be responsible for end-to-end management including negotiating commercials, scoping out business activities and working with internal teams to drive project plans to completion, meeting the customer acquisition targets. Key skills: - Proven experience in establishing strategic partnerships, influencing CXO decision makers &amp; delivering company goals - Build frameworks to manage and scale all affiliate channels - Able to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders across teams and geographies - Proficient in lead management tools likeFreshworks/ Zoho/ Lead squared - Exceptional communication skills 4+ years of relevant experience - Experience of working in high growth startups - Experience in P&amp;L management, team building and inside sales is a plus - Entrepreneur mindset, MBA &amp; team building experience preferred
