We are urgently looking out for the candidates for Channel Manager Modern Trade with Leading Durable Brand- Chennai.
- Managing Modern Trade business, (Hypermarkets and Lifestyle stores) across Tamil Nadu and annual turnover.
- Planning and maintaining SKUs display along with branding for all the Product Categories.
- Handling a team of Area Sales Executives, and Team Leaders, who monitor sales promoters across the network.
- Forecasting of stocks and monitoring fill ratios and addressing them
- Market share, ensuring dominance across chains/ stores, initiating corrective actions, where ever concerns noted.
- Recommendations of on store activations/fests/promotions.
- Identifying and monitoring unviable stores- Promoter attrition and cost
