Channel Manager - Liabilities - Bank

- Conceptualizing, implementing & responsible for liabilities solutions for bank customers. Responsible for process, MIS & customer service

- Design and implement insurance standard operating procedures (SOPs)across the above sales channels.

- Channel management and sales support across liabilities distribution channels.

- Relationship management with product providers for Liabilities.

- Conceptualize and execute marketing initiates for Liabilities business.

- Management of different types of MIS. Responsible for data analysis

- Training and development of sales and service staff on product and process.

- Liaising with different ops teams for the smooth process of liabilities business.
