Channel Manager - Banking/FinTech Product (5-8 yrs)
Job Role:
- This role is of a channel manager for handling various platforms which customer accesses for their banking need, such as net banking, mobile banking, Api banking, H2H etc.
- KPIs includes effectively managing these channels which in turn leads to enhanced customer experience and generates growth opportunities for business
- Responsible for driving new initiatives and emerging digitisation space
- Understanding of business requirements/cross functional teams requirements, prioritise and taking up end to end for closure
- Leading/assisting initiatives for customer experience emerging from channel perspective
- Agreement and proposal closures with vendor partners, ensuring all risks are covered and agreed
- Own weekly/monthly/quarterly review, book keeping/records
Job Requirements:
- Post graduate degree with experience in banking/Fintech or other relevant industry
- Understands B2B space/ non-individual customers requirements, understands persona such as maker, checker
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage large and complex projects
- Should be aware of digital technologies and best practices at global level and strategize digital roadmap
- Ability to work with cross functional team
- Sound knowledge of UIUX / Customer experience
- Sound knowledge of APIs and required eco-system
- Good understanding of payments, digital technologies
- Ability to interact/present/communicate with senior stakeholders
- Good project management knowledge
