Channel Lead - Retail//Digital Banking - Internet Banking (3-9 yrs)

1. Evaluates ideas for new products, investigates market viability and effect on market of present products, and recommends economically attractive products

2. Defines product road map to meet market requirements in support of product line strategy by considering position in life cycle, product profitability, pricing strategies, client satisfaction, and sales success rate.

3. Understanding market needs, articulating detailed business requirements, reviewing functional specs and managing the internal and external aspects of the Product Inception and Launch process

4. Responsible for leading online efforts established by the Product Line Manager in addition to managing day-to-day Product Management responsibilities with business analysis, development, vendor management, training and product strategy communications

5. Work with other Product Managers, business stakeholder, legal/compliance, user experience

Key Result Areas

1. Develop near-term roadmap and long-term strategy for the Bank's online banking channel in alignment with the business goals

2. Migrating customers from branch banking to direct banking channels

3. Launch new products under Internet Banking

Key Relationships Product/Business Team, IT and Vendors

Competencies Required Analytical skills, process orientation, customer centricity

Academic Qualifications Required MBA

Nature of Relevant Work Experience Required - Good understanding of Online Security Risk and Internet/Mobile payment industry

- The ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

- The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

- The drive to work collaboratively with other people and departments to maintain high levels of member service and productivity
