Job Description:
- Achievement of overall sales and cost targets with Modern Trade/Key Accounts across 6 cities (Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Vadodara) Provide strategic inputs and competitive insights for Modern Trade/Key Accounts
- Facilitate Geography Expansion and Product range expansion with the Modern Trade/Key Accounts
- Support in planning the monthly schedule of city managers Monitoring performances of city managers
- Troubleshoot queries of city managers
- Coordinate with Modern Trade account teams and customer marketing teams on plans and inputs to maximize sales from the channel Ensure on-ground execution of monthly promotion calendar, hired assets in store, In-store Promoters and Sampling with the city managers
- Manage the stock level planning, purchase orders and sales forecast along with the city managers at a monthly level Compiling and analyzing sales figure on regular basis.
- Work with the team members and help develop their required skill set.
