Channel Head - Modern Trade - Appliances

- To handle modern trade business with key retail chains i.e. Croma, Reliance, DMart and Vijay Sales.

- Responsible for Sell-in, Sell-out, product placement, new product launch, implementation and execution of sales strategies & marketing initiatives for these key Modern Trade Accounts.

- To manage the Modern Trade Key Accounts for brand & handled the direct and Indirect team.

- To Manage National accounts in terms of yearly plans/forecasts for each accounts based on short-term & long-term business by focusing on sales drivers Distribution, visibility, pricing, merchandising / promotions.

- Accountable for forecasting the customer demand & where applicable facilitated joint forecasting process with customers.

- Develop & execute the annual sales plans & strategies for WEST region.
