Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Maximize sales through network of DSA channel 2. Manage digital/DSA leads of the designated locations/regions and get them logged in via agency 3. Ensuring usage of Digital Processes during the disbursals process. 4. Develop and maintain strong liaisons with DSA's/Channel partners for repeat business or referrals. 5. Drive Disbursement Target vs Achievement- as per expected target shared monthly. 6. Manage customer queries during the onboarding process. 7. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role Desired Candidate Profile: 1. 4-10 years of experience in Unsecured Personal Loan 2. DSA channel sales for unsecured personal loans (Disbursal of min 25cr/month) 2. Excellent Team Handling and Problem-Solving ability 3. Graduation/PG 4. Good communication skills
