- At least 5 years Experience in Change Management
- Minimum 2 years LoanIQ hands-on Experience
- Leading the change management activities within a structured process framework.
- Evaluating the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk.
- Training of people on LoanIQ Platform.
- Coordinate and conduct meetings with Change advisory board (CAB) to discuss higher risk changes
- Knowledge of ITIL Process
- Ensures that all the activities designed to implement the change are as per the standards. The policies and procedures should be well defined, recognized and reviewed
