Change Manager - Business Transformation (5-15 yrs)

Key responsibilities:

A Change Manager is responsible for planning, developing, delivering, and tracking change management deliverables for the Business Transformation Team based in Bangalore. He/She will enable impacted users to successfully transition from their current state to a future state by focusing on the people aspect of change, including changes to business processes, IT systems, technologies and organization structures.

Role expectations:

- The Change Manager will execute the strategy that makes complex change easy for impacted users and business stakeholders.

- He/She will be responsible for implementing the Change Management Plan, reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of the process, performing process audits, and managing the process improvement cycle.

- Apply a change management process and tools, supporting adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

- Responsible to conduct impact and risk analysis to help develop and execute the change management strategy and plan. Therefore, will ensure that the objectives are met on time and result in increased employee adoption and usage.

- Partners with the Sponsors, Project teams, Business teams and external stakeholders - Customers, Partners and Vendors. Coordinates all activities necessary to control, track and audit changes in the environment.

- Ensures Change status, progress and issues are communicated to the appropriate groups - Steerco, Sponsors, Projects Teams and relevant stakeholders

- Collaborates with internal business transformation teams to ensure alignment towards approach, methods and tools

Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Operations / Management / HR; MBA is desirable

- Over 5 Years of experience in Business Transformation and Change management, Change Management - Practitioner Certification (preferred)

- Strong facilitation skills and experience in managing senior stakeholder (Directors, VP level and upwards) relationship, partnership, and interactions

- Experience directing work efforts in a matrix environment to achieve project objectives effectively and efficiently
