This role demands experience in handling business change management for large scale projects related to people, process, and technology for large companies and MBA's are preferred

- THIS IS A STRATEGIC CHANGE MANAGER ROLE AND NOT OPERATIONS OR IMPLEMENTATIONS BASED like ITSM

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for defining, designing and delivering the Firm's changing business need(s) in any given project or programme. To include embedding changes to people, policy, process, practice and/or underpinning IT systems. Reporting into a senior manager, you will operate as part of the Global Programme Group (GPG) The GPG is a core Business Professional function that works directly with the Firm's senior leadership to shape and deliver the global strategy. You will work with a wide and varied range of internal and external business stakeholders to expertly define and deliver the most effective and efficient ways of working into the Firm, from a change management perspective.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- We are seeking an experienced, operational Change Manager to work alongside other project professionals to manage the change-related elements in any given project or programme.

- You will lead on activities to both clarify and manage the impact of project-generated changes on established ways of working specifically, identifying and managing changes to people, policy, process and systems brought about because of a project.

- You will therefore have proven experience of working as a dedicated change manager within a wider project team setting, with the ability to provide a critical link between the business and project team.

- You will have demonstrable experience of industry-standard change management approaches and utilise the full range of techniques available to a skilled Change Manager before, during and after project deployment.

- You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a broader team, deploying skills across an end-to-end project framework or lifecycle.

Required Skills :

- This will include the establishment and management of Superuser communities and Stakeholder groups as necessary to deliver and embed the change(s).

- Critically, this role will act as an expert coordinator for senior leaders, managers and supervisors to enable their role of change champion or sponsor.

Shift Timing: Monday to Friday 09:30 to 17:30 GMT
