Work with project delivery team for various activities:

1. Impact of change required

2. Create Engagement approach

3. Document Business impacts and develop mitigation

4. Implement Change Management activities

5. Implement change adoption measurements

Skills :

- At least 5 year exp in change management role

- At least 3 years in Communications, HR or L&D

- Exposure to defining and managing impacts is must

- Exposure to Agile knowledge is must

- Knowledge of Superannuation domain is preferred
