Change Management Consultant ( 6 months contract, remote)


The Job :


As a part of the Aventus Partners team, you will be remotely engaged in rendering change management services (full time for the duration of the project) to our client on an integrated project.

Scope:

Support the COE transition and business adoption of any associated changes. Provide analytical support to Cultural Change Advisor of the client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify impact of change for all external and internal stakeholders

- Develop appropriate plans to address the need of the impacted stakeholders

- Develop risk mitigation plans and identify resistance

- Support the adoption of new tools, processes and technologies through robust engagement strategy and effective communication plans

- Develop communication and engagement material in compliance and collaboration with the clients' protocols and resources

- Assess the effectiveness of change management activities, proactively identify, escalate and management change management related risks and issues

- Develop strategies to reinforce the change management process

Knowledge & Experience:

- Experience of working in a dynamic matrixed environments, and developing change management strategies that address issues associated with a geographically dispersed audience

- Hands on change management expertise/exposure gained on medium to large scale transformation projects

- Knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies and tools

- Hands on experience in change impact analysis, development of adoption plan and buy-in strategies

- Working with mid to senior leaders, to provide advice and influence effectively

- Development of communication strategies plans and material. Demonstrated track record of simplifying complex messages for easy understanding and acceptance

Educational Qualification :

- Masters degree in Business Management or equivalent experience;

- Professional certification like PROSCI or a relevant tertiary qualification will be preferred

- Awareness of Agile is an advantage
