Summary: One of our clients, a global consulting firm is looking for Manager Change Management / Adoption for a technology transformation program in Supply Chain & Logistics domain on contract for 12 months. The incumbent is expected to create and deliver change management strategies, help employees maximize the adoption of new technology for specific product/s. The role involves being part of a large transformational change program at a global level. Key responsibilities: - Work with product owner and the adoption hub to develop an adoption plan for assigned product - Work with product owner and leadership to build success metrics - Identify users and conduct immersion sessions with ethnographers - Document key insights from user immersions and feed them into the training and communication plans - Plan and conduct workshops to create solutions and execution plans to solve the user's problems - Work closely with the data analyst to regularly monitor the benchmark metrics - Gather regular feedback from the users on the adoption tools and techniques Skills & Expertise required: - CCMP Certification from ACMO / APMG / PROSCI is a MUST - Prior experience in driving change management and communication as part of technology implementation a MUST - Large scale Landing and Adoption Management - Technology transformation experience - Familiarity with Supply Chain and Logistics (preferable and not essential) - Complex Change management skills - Familiarity with analytics and Dashboards
