HR Digital Transformation - Change Lead People Tech

How will this role create impact and how is success measured :

- As a Change Lead-you are accountable for building a Change framework and governance for any In flight or new People Tech initiatives. The roles raison d'etre is to personify, embed and land change across HR and People Tech products and services.

- The incumbent will display audacity in the way they operate focused on moving the needle for better HR System adoption and awareness.

- This role will augment the People Tech North star and roadmap by championing the strategy and governance around change brought about by People Tech initiatives.

- The Tech stack ranges from SuccessFactors and other Best of breed solutions/in house tools that cut across the hire to retire lifecycle, with opportunities to double down on many more game changing HR initiatives

- This role will focus on driving change across persona based Digital experiences through every stage. An incumbent is expected to bring to the table, a blend of HR process and Technology acumen with experience managing change across the spectrum of new and inflight HR Tech projects and/or Products.

We measure success through the following metrics :

1) Acquisition of first time users

2) Activation and product awareness

3) Retention

4) Engagement and adoption

5) Advocacy

What outcomes would you be accountable for Change Leadership :

- Build a Change Management strategy and governance model aligned to the People Tech vision and roadmap for inflight/new bodies focused on a model of self-sufficiency.

- Lead and deliver on all aspects of Employee Experience Change across COEs and or the Business, for HR Digital transformation programs

- Be the Change champion and evangelist for all People Tech initiatives

- Influence and drive Change through both conventional and unconventional means with various stakeholder groups and personas

- Coach various stakeholder groups and orchestrate events on awareness around HR Tech solutions Championing the Change journey

- Draw up an impact analysis and change readiness assessment on People Experience from launching any new tech solutions to support different stakeholder groups and personas through their journeys

- Design material that supports the change and that helps increase awareness and adoption of the tools deployed

- Develop project plans, anticipate risks and plan mitigations ahead of time

- Act as a change advisor and spearhead communication strategies for various groups/COEs

- Measure and monitor opportunities/course correct through continuous improvements to ensure

change activities are aligned with the People Tech digital transformation value proposition

- Partner with the Process Excellence Org to proactively identify key areas of process and technology that will result in a change from the as-is process mapping vs the to-be.

- Grow, inspire and lead a small team that manages all People Tech related change initiatives

- Hold key Stakeholder groups accountable through supporting data and analytics around impact measurement for change adoption and awareness

- Challenge existing ways of working and bring key groups around to new ways of thinking

Key Skills :

- 10 to 12 years of relevant experience spearheading Change initiatives across Large Scale HR Tech solution implementations such as Workday or SuccessFactors

- Change champion, advocate and communication expert

- Solid understanding of using Gamification/tools and principles to drive better adoption and advocacy

- Technology and Business acumen and able to propagate how HR Tech can create value for the Business

Certifications :

- Change certification-SHRM or Prosci

- Design Thinking

- PMP/Prince2
