- Should be playing the Role of a Change Director/Program Director for a LOB (preferable IB Sec Settlement) for at least 2+ years
- Formulate the Change & Innovation Roadmap for organisation, working closely with the various Senior stakeholders (MD level) at Bank & internally
- Define Optimum Operating Model for the organisation Utility and drive improvement in Productivity, Efficiency, Innovation and Service delivery agenda for account Lead
- Align all projects to overall vision strategy of organisation and provide a holistic view of initiatives design
- Lead Programme Management: Provide end-to-end assurance and traceability; Ensure rapid identification, intervention and resolution of issues
- Strong industry knowledge and proven program deliveries on Intelligent Operations within IB(especially Settlement)
- Provide consolidated view of all changes & innovations running in client to Bank CXO level(Change, Central innovation, MI, Tech)
- Extremely articulate, very strong communication Skills
Change, Demand Management and Status Reporting
- Liaise with key stakeholders to prioritize projects and secure projects sponsorship
- E2E Demand Management - Manage BOW, demand utilization, time & cost estimates; Provide overall plan for managing CRs and Change process
- Program Management: Maintain Project Release calendar, status report on project BOW, risks and issues
- Review & manage Bank Change fund and BR Change Fund utilisation
Project Delivery
- Provide oversight and validate requirements and use cases for CRs; Program Manage Design Review sessions in line with organisation's Target vision
- Oversee and ensure that project delivers against requirements/design and business outcomes
- Review Plans, Interlock management, Change Solution Delivery along with BR, Plan and Coordinate Testing and manage Go-Live activities
- Responsible for monitoring benefits/outcomes of all projects as per defined plan
