We do have an urgent opening for one of the leading FMCG company for the profile of Change/Communication Lead based at Hyderabad.
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AND REPORTS GENERATION
1. Devise creative communications strategies
2. Develop and deliver creative, engaging and impactful communication plans for employees, linking to the strategy and culture of the organization.
3. Be the custodian of the internal newsletter. Co-ordinate for content, designing, printing and distribution. The person needs to be the lead for the internal newsletter.
4. Maintaining data for each unit - consultants and staff's email IDs and phone nos. for communication
5. Ensuring important communication is sent to all stakeholders through various channels i.e. whatsapp, SMS, email, internal posters/fliers etc
6. Create branding report for the month for senior management
CONTENT CREATION AND WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT
1. Internal Website maintenance and enhancement
2. Getting content for units for website, brochures, videos, blogs, vlogs, posts etc
3. Co-ordinating with stakeholders for content creation
4. Ensuring content is vetted by respective contributor
5. Ensuring content created as per the plan and within stipulated timelines.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
1. Identify vendors for promotion material like card printing, mementoes, Gift vouchers, T Shirt and umbrellas and corporate gifts with due evaluation
2. Create vendor evaluation reports for the above for audit purpose
3. Follow up and ensure payments are made on time to vendors and agencies
4. Assist in installation of signages whenever required
Release Management
1. Coordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updates
2. Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes
3. Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
4. Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required
5. Maintains the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors.
6. Continually work towards making improvements in the release process
7. Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/ or roadblocks
8. Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists
