Chanakya IAS Academy - Manager - Marketing

To manage and execute end-to-end Marketing Activities as per Department's annual objectives and plans.

- Managing Multiple Media Platforms : Build and execute strong brand recall and active communities using integrated 360-degree communication plan across digital, center-level, corporate level etc.

- Strategy : Develop consumer insights at center-level and report them as feasible market-relevant set of actions to achieve business goals.

- Executing the marketing plan to generate leads and work on the improvement of quality of leads, by coordinating with marketing executives at the centers.

- Competition tracking : Conducting competitor reviews, benchmarking and informing management of significant activities on an on-going basis at center level. Should be able to predict and propose the changes/modifications in product accordingly for both online and offline mediums.

- Online Marketing : Executing the marketing plans and action the deliverables in terms of coordinating with the advertising and digital agencies.

- Brand building : Conducting regular market visits to report on brand visibility and execution of all brand collateral, with respect to display across key catchments for all the centers.

- Vendor management : Creating a vendor database for better rate negotiation. Developing and managing vendors for all marketing related activities - procurement of promotional material and gifts, within budgeted parameters.

- MIS : Maintaining monthly MIS, tracking of brand spends, timeline management during implementation. Reporting on the key KPIs.

Please note this position requires coordination and execution on PAN INDIA basis. Travel- 5-10%

Qualification : Candidate should be MBA - Marketing with 3-4 years of relevant experience

Skill s: A person with positive attitude and leadership quality. Good communication skills and proactive in planning.
