Champs Group - Product Manager - Digital FinTech & Lending

We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of envisioning and building FinTech solutions for our Startup Clients.

- 3+ years of work experience in Product Management with high growth ventures.

- Deep understanding of the FinTech ecosystem with a good analytics background.

- Solution orientation paired with the ability to make decisions based on data.

- Proactive mindset with a bias for action.

- You think through the problem, its end-to-end solution and its impact.

- In charge of overseeing entire Digital Experience of User End to End

- Defined and developed long term strategy focused on execution of product roadmaps to achieve revenue targets
 From Lead Acquisition

- Developed Mobile App and Configurable Web Journey from Scratch

- Implementation Mobile Intelligence model, Video KYC, E-mandate, etc

- Product Analysis

- Tracking Conversion Funnel and Feature Performance for Stakeholder

- Activating Campaign or Upgrading UX to increase conversion funnel

- Acting as Scrum Manager for Origination Cluster

- Strategize with internal stakeholders, sales & customers to build a product vision & roadmaP

- Study user behavior and psychology through usage analytics, surveys & workshops

- Working closely with the engineering teams to build a successful POC

- Analysed competition through a secondary research to create break through differentiation in the market.

- Redesigned all three products- web content and wrote blogs making it more effective

- Collaborated and communicated next steps to marketing, sales, operations, engineering teams based on PoC calls
