Ecommerce Category Manager - D2C
- Support the development of long-term organizational strategy.
- Identify threats and opportunities.
- Align departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
- Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, and stakeholders.
- Assess market trends and competitors.
- Present findings, projections, and recommended actions.
- Plan, implement and manage proposed recommendations and projects.
- Forecasting, fulfilment, cancelations, returns, optimizing logistic cost and complain.
- Identify potential vendors to ensure continuity of supply minimize risk of product not available and exploit emerging opportunities that are beneficial to the company.
- Work closely with suppliers/Vendors to ensure timely delivery of products, replenishment of stock re-orders and ensure the products promoted are available with vendor.
- Handling team and putting directions for every team member to inspire and achieve each parameter month wise.
- Arrange meetings with new and prospective Brands and introduce complete range of products.
- Exercise responsibility for achievement of monthly/Quarterly GMV targets fixed by the management
