Job Role :
- Working closely with the Government Stakeholders, and managing engagement with project stakeholders across local authorities, State Government, and Central Government to establish strong working relationships
- Development and successful delivery of stakeholder engagement plans in accordance with the stakeholder engagement strategy
- Mapping Government stakeholders and preparing communications material and responding to Government inquiries
- Work collaboratively with other members of the project team, providing guidance and directing their workload activities to ensure project timelines and requirements are met
- Arrange and attend government meetings and ensure feedback of stakeholder responses and requests to technical teams are responded to within agreed timescales
- Ensure accurate audit trail is maintained of all government engagement and all contact/activities are recorded on the stakeholder database
Criteria :
- Experience in developing and successfully implementing government engagement plans
- Prepare responses/ narratives speedily / drafting formal letters and other communication materials, as per the situation need
- Strong people management and Good interpersonal and networking skills, highly articulate team player
- Data management skills
- Proven ability to work and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex environments
- Use personal initiative
- Ability to schedule work and deliver to a tight deadline
