Key Responsibilities :

1. End to End HR operations

2. Handling complete Statutory Compliances . Handling complete PMS with goal setting

3. Handling entire payroll as C&B

4. Implement new company policies

5. Streamline the entire Onboarding & Induction Program

6. Set objectives for the HR team and track progress based on metrics

7. Monitor internal HR systems and databases

8. Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures

9. Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools

10. Address employees' queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics

11. Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs

12. Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors

13. Asses and maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of the same

14. Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results

Requirements :

1. Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager/Sr. Manager, HR Manager/Sr. Manager, or similar role

2. Good knowledge of Employment and Labour law

3. Good knowledge of Budgeting & Performance Management

4. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems

5. Experience designing compensation and benefits packages

6. Experience to streamline the entire process from scratch - HR OPERATIONS

7. Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policies

8. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities

9. Team management skills

10. Preference Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges

11. Excellent Communication skills
