Chalo - Assistant Manager - Reconciliation

- We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead and streamline our payment gateway and UPI reconciliation processes.

- This role involves setting up efficient systems, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring seamless operations at scale.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment systems, reconciliation, and process management, combined with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Setup and Optimization - Develop and implement end-to-end reconciliation processes for payment gateways and UPI transactions.

- Ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing transactions and identify discrepancies.

- Automate reconciliation workflows using tools and technologies to improve efficiency.

- Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, operations, technology, and customer support to address reconciliation issues and enhance processes.

- Liaise with external payment service providers and UPI aggregators to resolve disputes or discrepancies.

- Compliance and Reporting - Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies regarding payment processing and reconciliation.

- Prepare detailed reports on transaction volumes, discrepancies, resolutions, and overall reconciliation performance.

- Scalability and Innovation - Design processes that can scale with the growing transaction volume.

Skills:

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in payment gateway operations, UPI reconciliation, or similar roles.

- Strong knowledge of payment systems, reconciliation processes, and financial regulations.

- Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and reconciliation software.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
