West (Base Location-Bangalore)

- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.

- Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like references, advertisements, job portals- (naukri.com & Monster.com), data base, consultants, Social Media etc.

- Induction, Orientation, HR Generalist Part &Talent Management

- Coordinating and conducting induction program and handling joining formalities of the new joiners.

- Preparing and maintaining files of the new joiner along with Processing Employee PF, ESI, Med claim & Other Employment Registration forms and documents ,

- Overall 1000+ Talent Management experience

Statutory & Non Statutory Compliance:

- Shops and Establishment Registration of license, Renewal of license, & Amendment of license.

- Annual returns, half yearly returns, Accident report, updation of Leave registers, adult register, Master roll, Fine & Advance register& over time registers.

- Displaying Abstract of the Karnataka payment of wages Act 1963 and the rules there under - Form No V Abstract of Payment of the Gratuity Act and Rules 1972 -Form U, Abstract of the Minimum Wage Act and the rules made there under - Form X, Notice of Holiday- Form P, No Child Labour & Salary Day display

HR Business Partner function (HRBP)

- Yearly Budget preparing on Human resources and implementation of plan

- Participating in Internal audit and clearing Non conformity related to HR Department

- Partner with Business & Operation team in facilitating internal process

- Maintaining training calendar and scheduling on Plan VS Actual accordingly

- Preparing weekly and monthly MIS reports and Presentations to be given to AVP-HR and CHRO

HRIS, Employee database and Payroll Processing

- Managing the data base for new joiners into the master system.

- Updating existing employee records on a periodic/monthly basis in order to generate payroll

- Time office Management & Managing timely Punch in & Punch Out , New enrollment in Bio-Metric Machine and HRMS Report generating

Performance Management

- Supporting to New joiners on preparing and updating Goal Sheet in PMS

- Experience in Yearly Performance Appraisal in relation of Increment Exercise.

- Performance Appraisal, Confirmation Evaluation process for Employees

Employee Engagement

- Employee motivation through mind game activities on Time Management and Team work, Personnel counseling for reducing absenteeism and Birthday wishes, Cultural events, Organizing sports

Exit Interview:

- Conducting Exit Interviews, Co-ordinating with respective departmental Heads (Managers/Supervisors) to initiate the resignation process on department clearance, Issuing Resignation Acceptance letter, Relieving letter & Maintaining Attrition Data Attrition analysis and report generation.

Grievance Handling

- Handling all grievances within the frame work & closing ASAP.

Disciplinary procedure

- Issuing memo, warning letter, Show Cause Notice and advisory letter as per Disciplinary action Grid

Skill Development centers, Consultancies & Contract Labour Management

- Maintained more than 4 contractors and Above 1200+ workmen

- Contract Labours recruitment planning, forecasting and recruitment

- New vendor Identification and development issuing Letter of Intent, form V & contractor license registration

Operational Skill Sets and Expertise

- Basic Excel Formulas, Formatting, Sorting and Data Analysis through Pivot Tables and Pivot Chart

- Advanced Excel Formulas like VLOOKUP, HLOOKP, CONCATENATE, MATCH, OFFSET functions .etc
