- Team Handling is a must
- Familiarity with payroll software/HRIS (e.g. People strong, Greyt HR, Enzyme) and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
- Candidates Should be MFI/NBFC/Consultants
Job Roles
- Must have experience handling a minimum of 10000+ employees strength and working in shared services.
- Hardcore experience in Payroll/Statutory payments and relevant compliances and returns (PF, ESI, P-Tax, LWF, Bonus, etc), Actuarial Valuation calculation (Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Bonus, etc.), and other provisioning and audits.
- Must have an experience in Payroll input preparation/consolidation/checking, Headcount reconciliation, Pay register draft checking, and Master database Management. Periodic review of the Entire database, MIS, etc.
- Strong in MS Excel, Analytical Skills, and Database Management of more than 14K employees.
- Payroll Vendor(PF/ESIC/P-Tax) coordination and closer of challans/returns on time
