Chainalytics-Solution Architect-Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning Solution
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead blueprinting, requirement sessions with client's leadership, functional & technical teams
- Understand client requirements & participates in as-is & to-be design discussions
- Conduct gap analysis with regards to industry best practices, reference models & recommend solutions. Create business blueprint documents & artifacts
- Lead & manage the overall solution design and functional specifications design
- Play a hands-on role in the project delivery & work with the project manager to estimate work resource requirements
- Effectively engage and communicate with clients at all levels of the organisation during the delivery process to earn their confidence and trust
- Provide functional and technical expertise on a project across the project team
- Lead preparation of documentation for the design, development, testing and implementation & training phases
- Support sales & business development teams in solutioning proposals for prospects & participate in scoping & demo sessions
SKILLS:- Strong subject matter expertise in master planning, supply planning, capacity planning, & distribution planning processes must
- Deep understanding of demand planning, IBP/S&OP processes desired
- Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven experience working on large scale supply chain transformation initiatives with supporting references
QUALIFICATIONS:- 8+ years of proven experience with solution architect role in Blue Yonder ESP / SCP MUST
- Previous industry or consulting experience is mandatory. Experience in supply chain consulting or a project-based role at a Fortune 500 company is preferred.
- Previous advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software experience preferred
- Advanced user of Microsoft office applications (Excel, Access, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word) and SQL
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or Transportation and Logistics
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other graduate degree preferred
- The ability to travel as required (30% to 60% over extended periods)
