Job Responsibilities :

- As Warehouse Design and Logistics Process Senior Consultant or at Chainalytics, you join a team that helps design optimized warehouses for world's largest and most dynamic firms. You will also be working on supply chain process assessment, re-design, and consulting projects.

- Required consulting project experience should include : Warehouse Automation, Warehouse design (concept design, layout drawing), Warehouse capacity modelling, Warehouse MHE selection, 3PL process design, Warehouse process design, Order-to-cash process design, Procure-to-pay process design, Supply chain end-to-end process assessment, business case development

Position responsibilities are as follows :

Warehouse Design :

- Recommend various automation options, technologies, WMS/WCS systems to optimise warehouse operations

- Design of the warehouse layout, MHE, and labour; build data models to calculate warehouse size and costs

- Work closely with the client to gather, manipulate, analyze, warehouse process data to model warehouse capacity

Process Excellence :

- Run process workshops with client supply chain teams to understand current state process elements, bottlenecks, and root causes of the issues

- Assess the maturity of client supply chain processes (using SCOR or Gartner frameworks) and recommend changes; develop a benefit case for the client

- Create detailed order-to-cash processes working closely with supply chain operations team and service providers of clients

- Create detailed procure-to-pay processes working closely with supply chain procurement team of clients

Qualifications: An ideal candidate will :

- Hold an Engineering degree (Master's preferred) in Industrial or Mechanical or Production Engineering

- Show a minimum of four years' experience in warehouse design and operations (specific experience in consulting is a significant advantage)

- Experience in delivering projects mentioned in the description below

- Have recommended, designed and/or implemented a warehouse automation
