Sales and Marketing Manager - Jewelry Manufacturing Chain
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager with experience in the jewelry manufacturing chain industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for B2B sales, appointing distributors, conducting analysis, and developing marketing strategies in coordination with the directors and other stakeholders.
Locations: Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, and North regions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain B2B sales channels and partnerships
- Appoint distributors and oversee their performance
- Analyze market trends and conduct regular competitor analysis
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with directors and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals
- Conduct regular meetings to review sales performance and discuss strategies for improvement
- Manage and maintain customer relationships, including regular communication and follow-up
- Prepare and present reports on sales and marketing activities to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- MBA preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the jewelry manufacturing chain industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel as required
