Chaayos - Business HR Role - Corporate Function (1-4 yrs)
Below are the directional responsibilities:
1. Building and holding the engagement calendar for the corporate employees
2. Creating and holding word-class onboarding and orientation experience
3. Primary SPOC for POSH
4. Responsible for implementation of 'Chaayos Leadership Program'
5. Prior experience in running performance management process
6. Other projects as required
Must have experience:
1. Prior experience as a BHR
2. Prior experience in managing POSH
3. Prior experience in building and implementing people initiatives
Desired Skillset:
1. Drive to do well in career
2. Problem solving skill- ability to break down a problem statement into finer details
3. High energy
Education:
1. MBA from tier 1/2 college
Experience:
1. 1-4 yrs post MBA
