Role - SAP Implementation and Support

Role reports to :

Primary Manager : Corporate SAP Manager

Job Purpose :

- Global SAP Projects - Implementation, Roll out, process mapping and post Go live support.

- Support to the global users improving the operational efficiency and quality

- Development of various systems, process changes and enhancements

- Catering to management reporting requirements.

Dimensions :

- Global Implementation, Roll out and post Go live support for all the CG locations. Improve operational efficiency and the existing process to meet the changing business requirement. Cater to the reporting requirement of management, development of MIS - Financial reporting from group perspective, customer support.

Key Accountabilities :

1 Support the business processes primarily in SAP and Support the user for operational efficiency in business transaction in SAP FICO module.

2 Proactively creation of process changes that bring productivity to business process & also enable process control.

3 Cater to the Financial reporting requirement from Group perspective utilizing advanced tools like BW.

4 Utilization of the current support resources/external consultancy for rolling out SAP in global SAP instance.

5 Adherence to IT Processes and following the IT ticketing system for SAP support

6 Groom existing and new talent towards better solutions and to create a global L1 application support structure in India

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

Educational qualifications : (Threshold educational background required to execute the role) :

- ICWA, CA with project management skills.

Relevant experience :

- 7 -10 years of project /service delivery management, Understanding the business processes, Key success factors for business, provide Real-time MIS, IT Processes, IT enablement.

Necessary Functional Skills required for this job :

- Understanding of the business processes and strong functional knowledge of various SAP modules,Project management, strong analytical skills, ability to perform and deliver under high pressure and meet deadlines.
